ACASSIA COURT RESIDENTS RULES AND REGULATIONS.

SUBJECT : SECURITY GUARDS

The organizing committee of the ACASSIA  COURT together with the residents have agreed on the following:
Guards being employed by the court MUST bring I/D, PASSPORT or any other relevant documents.
They must sign and adhere to RULES and REGULATIONS of the court.
The guard on duty must never leave the gate unattended.
Any guard proceeding for leave MUST inform the committee in advance at least seven days in advance.
Relievers should be persons familiar to the residents. Residents are TIRED of new faces.
The guards TOILET is NOT for OUTSIDERS. No outsider will be allowed to use this facility.
The guards SHELTER is for those employed by the residents. No outsider will be entertained in the shelter.
The court should be kept clean as much as possible.
The guards must always be vigilant. Unfamiliar visitors should be interrogated.
Use of ALCOHOL during working hours is prohibited.
UNITY,RESPECT,HUMILITY,UNDERSTANDING and FEAR of the LORD is our guide as we work together.

Dear Sir,

RE: Street/Security Lights,Tarmack,Sewarage,Back Entrance and Illegal Structures.

We the residents of Acacia court would like to bring to your attention about our concern on the above issues.
Our court is totally dark as there is no single lamp that is working. As a result, the residents are feeling very unsafe particularly at night especially at this time when security is of concern to everyone.
Sir, we would also like you to address other mentioned issues especially the question of illegal structures. The owners of these illegal structures are not residents of Buru Buru.
We, therefore humbly request you to address these matters urgently in your capacity within the shortest time possible.
As agreed, we have closed the back entrance permanently.
